About Us

RU Connected is a student-led media publication based out of Randolph Union High School. Students in RU Connected are engaged in researching, creating, editing, and publishing media content for the school and surrounding community in conjunction with the White River Valley Herald. We cover topics ranging from the local community and school events to stories on student experiences and perspectives. We are a 6-person team of 10th and 11th grade students consisting of Zain Abadi, Liam Allyn, Finnegan Barden, Van Harper, Aiden Murphy, and Kai Pratt, working under the guidance of 9th grade social studies teacher Erik Sievert. We wish to build a strong and interconnected community through media publications from our school and wider community.
